Space Next Door, a Bangkok-based community-driven real estate marketplace, lacked a proper analytics framework: no dedicated data integration tool and a Postgres database that couldn’t handle big data. To avoid building and maintaining in-house pipelines, they evaluated options and selected Hevo Data (using Hevo’s integration platform with AWS Redshift) to modernize their stack.

Hevo Data ingested data from CRM, marketing, payments and website sources into an AWS Redshift warehouse and fed dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio. The solution enabled lossless aggregation of ~44M events/month, delivered 10x faster reporting, ensured 100% timely and accurate data, and provided a scalable analytics framework without additional engineering overhead.
