How DocOn Uses Hevo to Eliminate Manual Data Integration and Reporting Process

Docon, India’s leading EMR platform, struggled as growing data volumes caused MongoDB performance issues, slow ad-hoc reporting, and heavy reliance on engineering to move data into Google Sheets. To modernize their stack and automate ingestion, Docon partnered with Hevo Data, using Hevo’s Unified Data Platform (no-code data pipelines) to centralize event and transactional data for analytics.

Hevo Data was used to stream and transform data into Amazon Redshift (feeding Metabase) with real-time flows, advanced transformations, encryption, and Replay Queue for low-maintenance pipelines. The result: Docon now processes over 50 million events per month via Hevo Data, cut reporting time from two days to 30 minutes, saved about 90 engineering hours monthly, achieved >99% data accuracy, and enabled broader data visibility and a company-wide data-first shift.
