Ebury, a London-based global FinTech serving 49,000+ businesses, needed reliable, compliant data pipelines to support daily operations and regulatory requirements. After problems with Fivetran’s history mode, weak support and high pricing, Ebury evaluated alternatives and selected Hevo Data’s Unified Data Platform (no-code data pipelines) to provide automatic schema mapping, frequent loads and SCD2/SCD4-style delivery.

Hevo Data built pipelines (used alongside Airflow) to load HR systems, Salesforce and other sources into BigQuery, with dbt transformations and Looker for analytics, adding reverse ETL, append-only mode and a 15-minute load cadence. The implementation processes ~5M events/month and delivers 100% accurate real‑time data, enabling near real‑time reporting, fewer production errors, improved cross-team collaboration and faster decision‑making.
