The solution delivered real-time checks, pre-filled demographic fields, traceability and label/barcode support, accelerating DMAIC phases and decision-making; as a result Micropump achieved a 30% improvement in on-time delivery, cut inventory by more than half, and scaled Operational Excellence across the business.
