Clear Channel Outdoor, a 110‑year‑old outdoor advertising leader reaching over half a billion people monthly across 30 countries, faced a legacy, paper‑based workflow that slowed sales, operations, and client communications. The company set out to digitize inventory access and purchase, centralize digital asset management, automate communications, and integrate out‑of‑home ad platforms with mobile and social channels, partnering with Trineo to modernize systems and processes.

Together they built a canonical API layer and a portfolio of customer‑ and employee‑facing apps on Heroku (using Go, Ruby, React, Salesforce integration, Auth0, AWS SQS/SNS and Heroku add‑ons), consolidating legacy data and enabling real‑time inventory visibility.
