GlassPanel, part of EducationDynamics, helps colleges turn prospects into enrollments by giving admissions teams a unified view of student data. Faced with fragmented systems and time-consuming manual data work, the company partnered with Cyrus Innovation to decide between building a CRM in-house or integrating an existing platform and to deliver a tool that would let staff spend less time sourcing data and more time engaging students.

The team built GlassPanel on Salesforce for CRM and Heroku for front-end apps, delivering a full marketing-automation and CRM platform in five months that includes branded microsites, real-time dashboards, lead validation, and integrations (Elasticsearch, ExactTarget, DocuSign, Five9, Zendesk). The result: a scalable, real-time system that streamlines campaign management and outreach, reduces administrative overhead, and helps admissions teams focus on recruitment — improving efficiency and enrollment outcomes.
