Flexible Workspace Company Brings Community App to Heroku

Spaces is a Netherlands-based flexible workspace company offering modern, membership-style offices and community events. Initially members had to call to book meeting rooms, parking, or catering, so Spaces engaged Salesforce partner Gen25 to build a portal and mobile web app to simplify reservations and community interaction.

Gen25 delivered a high-performance app on Heroku that stores data in Heroku Postgres and syncs accounts with Spaces’ existing Salesforce implementation, removing infrastructure and maintenance overhead. The app enables room and parking bookings, catering orders, service requests, and member search, and has driven stronger community engagement and better-informed members.
