Logis, a provider of dispatch solutions for emergency medical services, needed highly accurate and real-time location data to optimize ambulance routing and improve emergency response times. To achieve this, they partnered with HERE Technologies, leveraging their APIs and location services.

By implementing HERE Technologies' APIs, including the Routing API and Places API, Logis automated its dispatch process. The solution integrated real-time traffic data and predictive analytics, which cut dispatch decision time from a minute to just three milliseconds. This use of location intelligence from HERE Technologies resulted in significantly reduced emergency response times, improved fleet utilization, and the ability to handle more incidents with the same resources, ultimately enhancing the ability to save lives.
