Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) faced the challenge of finding new donors within their limited regional pool without increasing their marketing spend. To address this, they partnered with Herdify to use its behavioral insights service to identify and target communities more likely to support their cause.
Using Herdify's modeling to layer behavioral data onto a list of high-potential postcodes, KSS was able to focus its campaign on areas where people were already connected to the charity. This solution helped KSS open an entirely new, more rural audience, resulting in £82,000 raised from 2,211 new donors through cold channels alone. Herdify's targeting proved that the higher its score, the stronger the response rate, providing a significant net gain for the charity.
