Creeden & Associates is a sales and marketing liaison that helps manufacturers get products onto retail shelves and manage placement, promotion, and inventory across channels. Supporting over 10,000 manufacturers, retailers and sales reps with a 36‑agent team, Creeden needed a way to handle high volumes of inquiries and complex data needs so issues are routed quickly and sales information stays current.

Using HelpSpot since 2014, Creeden implemented about 100 triggers and rules for automated routing and notifications plus HelpSpot’s live‑lookup API to pull and push CRM sales data directly from tickets. The setup sped response times, kept agents and reps working from up‑to‑date sales records, supported more than 113,000 tickets, and proved flexible enough to become an integral part of their systems.
