The Estonian ticket broker Piletilevi faced a challenge with efficiently managing ticketing for events spread across multiple venues, which was time-consuming and costly to handle. The vendor, Helmes, was engaged to help design a new ticket selling system to overcome this challenge.

Helmes implemented a comprehensive and fast ticket selling solution that was integrated with the Eventival management system. This allowed Piletilevi to quickly add new venues and manage all sales channels online, dramatically reducing manual work and errors. The system's effectiveness is demonstrated by its use for the Black Nights Film Festival, where it managed approximately 800 movie sessions across more than 10 locations, with the entire setup process taking only about a week.
