Motivate LLC’s New York team needed a better way to manage a large field operation, with about 450 people, 52 vehicles, 19,500 bikes, and more than 1,100 stations. Before using Hellotracks, they relied on manually built routes in Google Sheets, push-to-talk phones, and stop-by-stop instructions, which made communication inefficient and left little real-time visibility into where field staff were during the day.
Motivate LLC implemented Hellotracks to centralize dispatching, routing, and live field staff tracking in one platform, using the Jobs feature to upload tasks in bulk, assign them to the right staff, and follow navigation to each stop. With Hellotracks, productivity increased by more than 50% in 3 months, and the company was able to grow its system without increasing headcount at the same pace. Hellotracks also helped Motivate LLC improve real-time visibility, asset recovery, and overall field operations.
