Heimdal Security’s Patch & Asset Management automated third‑party updates across the firm’s most used applications, significantly reducing the time spent maintaining the patch cycle, enabling the team to issue many more patches and materially improving their Microsoft Defender ATP security posture. Heimdal’s Remote Desktop resolved DNS and connectivity problems with client‑to‑client connections (working around ZScaler restrictions), saving time and resources while closing key vulnerability and support gaps for Osborne Clarke.
