The Lancashire Police Crime Commissioner’s Office required a new online training platform for its #NailDomesticAbuse campaign to educate salon workers on spotting signs of domestic abuse. The challenge was to build this platform within their existing WordPress and Elementor website, adhering to strict brand guidelines while delivering a sensitive and straightforward user journey that included a reliable certification system. Heckford was selected to design and develop this solution.

Heckford successfully designed and built the integrated training platform, which features user registration, a multi-stage course, and automatic certificate generation. The solution maintained the campaign's branding and provided a clear, accessible learning path within the client's existing WordPress environment. As a result, the platform is now live, providing Lancashire residents and professionals with a simple and engaging way to complete the training and support this key community initiative.
