Telia Company, having unified 18 legacy brands under one new visual identity, faced the challenge of translating that consolidation into a cohesive audio presence. Telia Company engaged Heartbeats International to develop, design and implement a new sonic identity — a sound logotype and accompanying music theme — to support the brand relaunch.
Heartbeats International produced a specially tailored sound logotype (6 seconds) and adaptive music theme and activated them across TV packshots, company films and presentations, telephone hold music, queue-number ticket sounds and ring/SMS tones. By deploying this consistent audio system across multiple touchpoints, Heartbeats International helped Telia Company establish a unified, recognizable sonic brand that reinforced the visual rebrand and ensured consistent customer experiences.
