MSU transforms Nutrition Management Program with Healthie

Michigan State University (MSU) Sports Nutrition was managing athlete care with more than a dozen disconnected apps, outdated manual processes, and limited secure options for remote engagement. The fragmented setup made it difficult to coordinate support across teams and campuses, and the nutrition staff needed a more holistic, scalable system. Healthie was brought in to replace the patchwork of tools with a unified platform.

With Healthie’s telehealth, automated onboarding, scalability, and metrics tracking, MSU consolidated its nutrition workflow into a single system and improved care for athletes. Nearly all 25 athletic teams now use the platform, and integrations with tools like Fitbit, Apple Health, and Google Fit helped the team deliver more personalized support. Healthie enabled more efficient, uninterrupted nutrition management and stronger performance-focused care across the Spartan athletic program.
