Texas Health Resources, a nonprofit, faith-based healthcare system in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, was managing multiple revenue cycle vendors but lacked visibility into vendor performance, compliance, and ROI. The organization relied on manual invoice certifications and vendor self-reporting, creating inefficiencies and making vendor management largely reactive. Healthfuse helped address this challenge with its revenue cycle vendor management and sourcing tools.
