The organization relied on manual invoice certifications and vendor self-reporting, creating inefficiencies and making vendor management largely reactive. Healthfuse implemented its AutoAudit engine to analyze more than 15 legacy vendors across 16 facilities and used VendorSource to identify better contract terms. As a result, Healthfuse identified a 3-year economic opportunity worth $17.3M, including $450K+ in collections improvements, $378K in contract savings, and $2.5M in additional cost savings.
