HealthCo delivered a customized implementation of GE’s Centricity, working with clinic staff to redesign workflows, forms and training. The result: clinicians find patient details in seconds, chronic-care plans are easy to track and print, productivity and care quality improved, average wait times fell to about two minutes (allowing removal of eight waiting-room chairs), and the office runs calmer and more efficiently.
