Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD), which delivers drinking water to over 1 million Utah residents, wanted to deepen employee wellness beyond its 12-year program by better identifying health risks and motivating lasting behavior change. HealthCheck360’s program drove strong engagement and measurable gains: CUWCD posted an 87.7% participation rate, 62% of challenge participants increased their total minutes of exercise, 77% of participants were classified as in good health, and the average health score reached 80 (6% above the HealthCheck360 average). The vendor’s combination of screenings, coaching and tailored challenges helped CUWCD boost exercise, build healthy habits, and create an inclusive wellness culture for employees and spouses.
