St. Vrain Valley School District partnered with Health Enhancement Systems to enhance faculty well-being through engaging wellness challenges. The challenge was to boost staff participation and create a sustainable culture of health across a large and diverse workforce spread over a wide geographic area.

Health Enhancement Systems provided seasonal wellness challenges like Walktober and Go Gold, which served as a foundational engagement tool. By integrating additional health services and adopting a hands-on approach to participant encouragement and recognition, the program achieved record participation. Results included a 64% growth in teams from 2022 to 2024 and over 230 million steps taken in a recent year, significantly improving staff fitness and morale.
