BP partnered with Health Enhancement Systems to elevate its long‑running Run‑A‑Muck wellness challenge into a custom web and mobile program. When COVID‑19 arrived, BP moved the launch up six months to address employee isolation and rapidly changing work conditions, creating the challenge of promoting and delivering a global wellbeing experience during a pandemic.

Health Enhancement Systems delivered a tailored Run‑A‑Muck campaign with teams, buddies, leaderboards, a Wellness Wall, in‑app notifications and flexible reporting, while BP shifted to digital promotion and senior‑level support. The program engaged 5,887 participants from 59 countries (more than double the prior year), formed 968 teams, generated 5,890 wall posts and drove strong social and wellbeing outcomes—demonstrating that Health Enhancement Systems’ customization and dashboard flexibility enabled quick adaptation and high global engagement.
