The solution delivered near–real-time integrated reporting, graphical visualizations, and single-view composite and patient-level measures across 12 clinics (90 physicians, ~55,000 visits/year), producing measurable gains: compliance increases up to 28% (e.g., flu immunization +28%, colorectal screening +14%), an estimated 45 additional physician hours per month freed from data collection, automated reporting, and advancement to level 4 on the Healthcare Analytics Adoption Model.
