The results included a 9.6% overall compliance gain (about 23,000 more patients receiving recommended care), 98.9% depression screening follow‑up, a 40% increase in any cancer screening (46% for colorectal), a 456% rise in fall‑risk screening, dramatically faster reporting, and attainment of a seven‑figure payer incentive—turning static monthly reports into near‑real‑time drivers of sustained improvement.
