In a strategic partnership to support well-being, every employee has access to the tools they need

Hootsuite, a leading marketing tech company, faced the common workplace challenge of supporting employee mental health beyond a traditional Employee Assistance Program. To offer inclusive, science-backed tools that meet diverse needs, Hootsuite partnered with Headspace and—after a successful pilot—invested in Headspace for Work using the Total Access model for all benefits-eligible employees.

Headspace implemented a company-wide program including Monthly Mindful Tips, live virtual meditations (led by Headspace’s Director of Meditation), and a World Mental Health Day toolkit and pledge, co-created with Hootsuite’s benefits team. The Headspace partnership delivered measurable impact: a 43.9% adoption rate and a 36.3% engagement rate, while ongoing collaboration continues to expand content and live sessions for Hootsuite employees.
