Adobe, a company of over 18,000 employees, faced rising behavioral health costs and wanted to add more mental health awareness tools to its wellbeing offerings. Although Adobe already had on-site meditation centers, employees found group sessions intimidating and needed an on-demand, approachable option—so Adobe chose Headspace to provide accessible mindfulness and resilience support.
Headspace delivered an on-demand meditation program along with rollout support (best-practice guidance, launch assets, and on-site engagement), driving strong adoption and becoming a standout employee benefit. Adobe reported improved employee wellbeing—less stress, anxiety, and reactivity, plus better focus, self-esteem and energy—with 100% of survey respondents saying they’d recommend Headspace; measurable results include over 175,000 minutes meditated and more than 20,000 sessions completed, with US rollout underway and plans for global expansion.
