Lewis and Tibbitts, Inc. was the general contractor for Phase 1 of the Undergrounding of Overhead Utilities Project at Pebble Beach, a complex infrastructure job that involved more than 11,000 feet of conduit, over 80 vaults and pull-boxes, and road repaving. To win and manage the work, Lewis and Tibbitts used HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob to support estimating and job tracking on this challenging project.

HCSS helped Lewis and Tibbitts accurately estimate each bid item with HeavyBid, which contributed to securing the project. The job also became the company’s pilot for HeavyJob, giving the team a stronger way to use its tools and improving how later jobs were tracked more accurately.
