Cleary Construction, a Kentucky-based contractor with nearly 40 years in business, needed to modernize its estimating and field communication as it moved beyond paper, spreadsheets, and manual reporting. As jobs grew more complex and spread across multiple states, the company turned to HCSS, including HeavyBid and HeavyJob, to improve collaboration between the office and the field and increase bidding capacity.

The results were significant: Cleary Construction grew from about 100 bids a year to more than 300, became more analytical and data-driven, and was able to make faster, more informed decisions that supported company growth and smoother operations.
