Clyde Companies, parent of W.W. Clyde & Co., Sunroc Corporation and Geneva Rock Products, was losing potentially millions annually to unallocated fuel. Mobile oilers logged dispenses on paper that were manually entered into accounting, creating mismatches between reported usage and actual costs and leaving large variances to reconcile.

Clyde implemented HCSS FuelerPlus to capture fuel and fluid dispenses on tablets (online or offline) and integrated it with HCSS Dispatcher so service tasks and equipment lists sync to the field. The digital process eliminated paperwork and manual entry, drove allocation accuracy to below 1%, reduced errors, provided daily end-of-shift records, and was rolled out across all three companies.
