They launched a one‑day math and tech training with pre/post testing, provided iPad portals of helpful apps and online cheat sheets, and used HCSS Academy resources for onboarding. As a result, foremen now enter accurate, timely productivity and quantity data that helps keep job costs on budget, and the company says its foremen are years ahead of peers who still rely on paper.
