Leading Flash Memory Products Manufacturer, the world’s third-largest maker of flash memory devices serving over 100 million consumers, engaged HCL Commerce to modernize its digital channels. The customer needed a modern Web Content Management and Digital Asset Management capability—improving authoring and publishing, enabling localization and personalization, and strengthening content governance (security, retention, versioning, archival). HCL Commerce delivered this using its Customer Experience Platform (CEP) and an Adobe AEM 6.0–based solution alongside complementary services.

HCL Commerce implemented CEP with AEM 6.0, built marketing and microsite templates, migrated assets and the legacy database into AEM, and added custom workflows, tag management, CDN/caching (Akamai, Apache dispatcher) and Google Analytics. The result was a responsive, mobile-optimized UX, centralized DAM and publishing control for business users, faster time-to-publish with reduced IT/agency dependency, improved personalization and localization support, enhanced performance and scalability, and measurable operational cost reductions. HCL Commerce’s solution also enabled asset tracking and reporting to support ongoing governance.
