Elektronabava, Slovenia’s leading electrical-supplies distributor, needed to move beyond a basic online catalog and give electricians a mobile-first, transactional e-commerce experience with images, technical specs, real-time stock and contract pricing for its large product range (targeting up to 100,000 SKUs). To meet this challenge it selected HCL Commerce as its e-commerce platform.

Using HCL Commerce (implemented with HCL Business Partner Creatim), Elektronabava launched a responsive storefront with around 20,000 products online (≈80% of last year’s sales), integrated ERP and inventory data for contract pricing and near-real-time stock visibility, and fulfillment improvements that support next-day branch or site delivery for orders placed before 5 p.m. The HCL Commerce solution enabled 24/7 ordering, delivered a measurable uplift in e-commerce revenue, freed staff to handle complex orders, and set a goal of driving 50% of total revenue via the digital channel.
