Leadership needed a way to visualize key patient metrics and admissions/discharges without disrupting staff productivity or increasing overhead, while consistently delivering high-quality resident experiences.

CarDon partnered with hc1 to build CarDon Analytics, an in-house analytics package that brings live, organization-wide data to decision makers. The platform enables proactive staffing based on peak admission/discharge times, identifies readmission root causes to reduce hospital returns, and provides a complete view of the patient lifecycle—improving transitions of care, operational efficiency, and overall resident outcomes.
