Hazelcast Connects the Dots of Access Control

Global Top Ten Retail Bank needed to modernize access control across its multi‑channel estate, ensuring secure, low‑latency handling of trusted device tokens and seamless session transfers between mobile, tablet, desktop and customer service systems without impacting SLAs. To meet these requirements the bank worked with Hazelcast, using Hazelcast IMDG to address token storage, expiry and availability.

Hazelcast deployed its IMDG with high‑availability clustering and reliable TTL/expiry policies to store trusted device tokens, providing microsecond token lookups, easy horizontal scaling and hardened security features. As a result Hazelcast enabled the bank to deliver the new access‑control service in record time while supporting hundreds of thousands of requests per second and seamless multi‑device transactions.
