University of Missouri Extension, a major provider of online courses, programs and publications across topics like agriculture, health and business, faced a growing content challenge: its internal search needed to pull comprehensive results from multiple site areas, surface seasonally relevant resources, and improve visibility in Google to better serve and expand its audience.

The result is a unified, categorized search experience (with an “ALL” tab) that highlights timely resources, predicts queries and returns relevant matches across the site — driving measurable impact: 1.5M searches per year, a 70% increase in overall users and 98.5% of search results found on page one.
