The Keyholding Company, a London-based security services and alarm response business with a national partner network, approached Haulmont to support a digital transformation and replace its legacy systems. The goal was to build an enterprise platform that could manage day-to-day operations and help the company become a more technologically advanced leader in the security and response industry.

Haulmont delivered an initial pilot that combined enterprise controller screens with a highly customizable mobile workforce app, integrated with Keyholding’s legacy platform. The success of the pilot led to a full systems replacement, and the new “Chase” platform now runs core operations alongside CRM, call centre, and BI tools. Results included 2,000 operatives completing over 45,000 jobs per month, alarm response booking times dropping from 5–8 minutes to under a minute, and more than a third of bookings processed with no human involvement.
