How Ogilvy Health successfully employs students for project-based work in a fast & efficient way

Domain, one of Australia’s most popular websites for home buyers, sellers and renters, wanted to strengthen its next-generation talent pipeline while hiring faster and more cost-effectively across teams in technology, design, marketing, analytics and employee experience. To meet this challenge, Domain partnered with Hatch and used its early-career hiring platform and optional Hire with Hatch service to access junior talent without adding administrative burden.

With Hatch, Domain hired 8 interns over 6 months across multiple functions, tapping into a broad pool of flexible early-career candidates and looking beyond resumes to find diverse backgrounds. Hatch handled employment admin and payroll, and the results were strong: 100% of managers surveyed said their Hatch interns added value, while Domain continues to use Hatch interns year-round and for junior full-time roles across sales, marketing and more.
