Hart Design designed and built a custom web app for Lucentt, New Zealand's largest manufacturer of funeral home equipment. The challenge was to visualize daily manufacturing faults and successes from spreadsheet data to identify trends, reduce rejects, and meet production KPIs, as existing software was too generic and complex for their needs.

The solution implemented by Hart Design was a custom web application that imports daily CSV data, crunches the numbers, and displays the results in an intuitive dashboard with "speedo" charts and graphs. This provided Lucentt with immediate operational insights, leading to the discovery and elimination of two major fault causes, a rapid return on investment, and a significant reduction in manufacturing rejects.
