Caravan Restaurants, a multi-site restaurant, coffee bar and roastery business, needed to speed up and simplify hiring after a trial HR solution fell short. In 2018 they implemented Harri’s Talent Acquisition software to move away from manual screening, posting and onboarding processes and better support hiring across their sites.

Harri’s platform let managers post to multiple job boards, use customizable screening questions, leverage Employee Social Referral and integrate TrustID for Right to Work checks, reducing time spent on admin. As a result, Caravan Restaurants cut average time to hire to around seven days and achieved 24% tech adoption, with managers reporting more applicants and smoother onboarding thanks to Harri.
