Wasimil, a hotel booking and management platform in APAC, struggled with a high-maintenance testing process while using Harness’s earlier Playwright-based automation. More than half of its tests were broken at any given time, creating false positives, slowing engineers down, and making it difficult for non-technical QA team members to contribute.
