Raisin Runs from Jenkins Nightmare – Saves 525k per Year

Raisin, a pan-European wealth management platform, needed a better software deployment strategy after modernizing its applications in the cloud and moving to Kubernetes. Its central DevOps team was spending most of its time maintaining fragile Jenkins pipelines and custom scripts, which made deployments slow, error-prone, and costly. Harness’s Continuous Delivery and GitOps product was introduced to help solve this challenge.

With Harness, Raisin decentralized deployment ownership to application teams, standardized workflows and templates, and reduced onboarding time for new applications from about 2 days to 30 minutes. The DevOps team cut its delivery maintenance effort from 80% to 20%, saving an estimated $525K annually, while increasing deployment frequency from 10 to 53 releases per month. Harness helped Raisin simplify CD operations and significantly improve delivery velocity.
