LogMeIn, a global SaaS company, needed to standardize its CI/CD process across teams and simplify increasingly complex legacy and modern deployments. Its existing home-grown frameworks and scripted pipeline libraries made releases hard to manage, and onboarding new microservices could take a week or more. Harness was selected for Continuous Delivery and GitOps because it was easy to install, use, and adopt.

With Harness, LogMeIn implemented self-service standardized deployment pipelines using the CD abstraction model, along with canary deployments and continuous verification for automated testing, health checks, and rollback support. Harness also provided audit capabilities and deployment dashboards for better visibility. As a result, LogMeIn cut deployment time by 98% from 10–12 hours to about 30 minutes, reduced deployment effort from 120 hours to 2 hours, and reduced onboarding time from one week to just one hour.
