Experian, a global leader in consumer credit reporting, wanted to move away from stressful “big bang” releases that were coordinated only twice a month. To support smaller, continuous releases across its global teams, Experian turned to Harness, using Split’s feature management and experimentation capabilities.
With Harness, Experian used feature flags to control rollouts, test features on limited user groups, and safely experiment with real consumer data. The result was a major increase in release velocity, growing from 2 deployments per month to 100 deployments per month, while also improving developer confidence, collaboration, and overall delivery quality.
