Build.com, a software and services company in the Americas, needed a faster, more reliable way to manage production deployments and reduce the heavy manual effort involved in verifying releases. Build.com implemented Harness Continuous Delivery & GitOps to automate deployment verification and rollback using machine learning connected to New Relic and Sumo Logic. Harness detected anomalies during a canary release, triggered a Smart Rollback, and restored the previous working version in 32 seconds instead of the roughly 32 minutes it previously took manually, dramatically reducing verification effort and improving deployment reliability.
