ATOM, a leading industrial and safety equipment supplier in Australia, was growing rapidly but had very little digital capability. Customers had to place orders by phone, staff entered details manually, and many were asking to shop online, so ATOM needed a faster, more efficient way to process orders without losing its customer-first culture. HARMONiQ’s Micronet e-commerce option was chosen to meet those needs.
HARMONiQ implemented a user-friendly, ERP-integrated e-commerce site that gave ATOM access to 200,000 products with clear navigation and fast deployment. The results were strong: 23% of customers registered online, more than 5,000 online interactions were recorded in six months, over $500,000 in monthly average sales shifted online, repeat product purchases reached 18x, and customer satisfaction and margins improved.
