Altitude Infra, France’s third-largest fiber optic infrastructure operator, urgently needed to strengthen threat detection on its information system without impacting its business or consuming excessive machine resources. Their existing EPP and antivirus were proving insufficient against modern threats. CISO Guillaume Dubuc turned to the HarfangLab EDR for its behavioral, AI-powered detection approach.

HarfangLab’s EDR was deployed on 1,500 terminals within a month and integrated easily into the existing work environment. The solution provided strong threat detection and system control with minimal resource usage, requiring only ~130 MB of RAM and 0.5% CPU. This allowed Altitude Infra’s business to continue uninterrupted. The CISO was highly satisfied, noting the platform's intuitiveness and the ability to receive alerts directly via Microsoft Teams through API integration.
