HB Reavis, an international development company, sought to create ideal working conditions in its office buildings by monitoring indoor air quality to improve employee well-being and performance. They tasked vendor HARDWARIO with developing a device to measure CO2, VOC, temperature, and humidity.

HARDWARIO delivered the COOPER MULTISENSOR, a battery-powered device using Sub-GHz radio to transmit data to a Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This allowed for the automatic regulation of climate controls to optimize the environment. The solution resulted in improved employee health and a 15% boost in performance, and it also helped HB Reavis obtain green building certifications for its properties.
