Tarragon Property Services, a property management company with about 3,000 units across 17 properties, was struggling with paper-based move-in/move-out inspections, delayed access to documentation, and frequent resident disputes over charges. The company needed a faster, more transparent way to manage inspections and resident follow-up, and turned to Happyco’s Inspections app integrated with Yardi Voyager.
Happyco implemented mobile inspections with customizable workflows and inline photo capture, allowing Tarragon to complete inspections on iPads and instantly access records and photos from the corporate office. The results included a 66% reduction in inspection time, from 30 minutes to 10, a 99.9% improvement in resident response time from about 48 hours to under a minute, a 50% reduction in resident disputes, and a 75% decrease in hotline complaints, saving 43,740 minutes in productivity.
