Yellowstone Club is a private 13,600‑acre luxury residential community in Montana that manages 220 high‑value homes for busy, high‑expectation members. Property teams conducted weekly and arrival/departure inspections on paper, creating a labor‑intensive clerical burden, slow access to records, and a weekly inspection completion rate of just 65%.

In August 2013 the Club deployed HappyCo’s Happy Inspector mobile app and Happy Manage web control center to standardize inspections, deploy custom templates, and control data access. The change saved roughly 6,141 labor hours annually (more than $100,000), cut 65 minutes per home turnover and about 10 minutes per weekly inspection, and raised inspection compliance from 65% to 95%, improving reporting transparency and resident satisfaction.
