Happy Returns provided a box-free returns solution that lets shoppers start returns online, drop them off at nearly 10,000 locations, and receive faster refunds, while retailers benefit from aggregated shipping and lower return costs. The result was higher conversion rates, increased AOV, reduced shipping and return expenses, and a better customer experience; one example cited was ROOLEE increasing AOV by 55% and generating more than $3 million in incremental annual sales.
