Happy Cog designed and built a custom hardware platform using Raspberry Pi and a series of tailor-made iPad apps, including a Kitchen Display System (KDS), to automate order prioritization and tracking. This solution was complemented by new angled signage for wayfinding and a targeted paid media marketing strategy. The results included drastically improved ROI, reduced costs, increased conversions, and a subsequent full digital overhaul that drove the chain's highest digital sales ever, establishing a foundation for &pizza's future growth with Happy Cog.
